Returns & Refunds Policy

At CLUB MEXICANO PRODUCTS LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair return and refund process.

Customers may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us with their order details and reason for return. Once the return request is approved, instructions will be provided on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, CLUB MEXICANO PRODUCTS LLC will cover the return shipping.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Sale or discounted items may be final and not eligible for return unless defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof so we can resolve the issue promptly.

CLUB MEXICANO PRODUCTS LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
